Gillian Atkinson (pen name J.G Nicholls) was born in 1954 in Weaverham, Cheshire. Gill writes under her mother’s maiden name as a tribute to her late mum. Gill lives with her husband Paul and their dog Lucy. Her daughters and grandchildren live close by.
When she is not writing, Gill enjoys travelling and spending time in her garden.
Gill has now finished writing the Fireflies trilogy!
